Refund policy

At Berthier Paris, customer satisfaction remains a priority. However, due to the nature of our products, specific conditions apply to returns and refunds, as outlined below.

1. Return period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

After this period, no return request can be accepted.

2. Return authorisation required

Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at:

in order to obtain a Return Authorisation (RMA).

Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be processed.

Once a return has been authorised, the customer must dispatch the parcel within 7 calendar days using a tracked delivery service.

If the parcel is not dispatched within this 7 day period, the return authorisation may be considered expired and the return request may be cancelled.

3. Return shipping fees

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

In the event of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Berthier Paris may offer, depending on the situation:

  • a replacement product
  • replacement of the affected component
  • or another appropriate commercial solution

4. Product condition

Returned items must be:

  • unused
  • unwashed
  • undamaged
  • returned in their original packaging including protective materials, labels, and accessories where applicable

Items showing signs of excessive use, damage, or abnormal handling may be subject to a partial refund or refusal of refund.

5. Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • clear photographs of the issue
  • your order number

After review, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer rights.

6. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within an estimated timeframe of 5 to 10 working days.

We are not responsible for additional delays caused by banks, payment providers, or exchange rate processing.

Refunds are generally issued in the currency used at the time of purchase.

7. Important notice

Any item returned without prior authorisation or outside the applicable return period may be refused.

Berthier Paris reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions above.

8. Alternative commercial solution

Independently from the applicable return procedure, Berthier Paris reserves the right, on an exceptional and discretionary basis, to propose an alternative commercial solution intended to satisfy the customer and, where appropriate, avoid a return.

Such a proposal constitutes an optional and exceptional arrangement only. It does not replace the standard return procedure, does not amend this Return & Refund Policy, and shall not be interpreted as creating any automatic entitlement or established practice.
