Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.
A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent once your parcel has been dispatched.

2. Delivery times
For orders within the United Kingdom, delivery usually takes 3 to 6 working days after dispatch.
Delays may occur during peak shopping periods such as Christmas or public holidays.
Delivery times are provided for guidance only and do not constitute a contractual guarantee.

3. Delivery areas
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.
International delivery may be available to selected destinations in Europe and North America.
Additional shipping fees or customs charges may apply depending on the destination.

4. Shipping fees
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and clearly displayed before payment.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be announced on our homepage or promotional banners.

5. Lost or delayed parcels
If you have not received your order within 10 working days after dispatch, please contact us at contact@berthierparis.com, including your order number.
We will open an investigation with the courier and keep you updated as soon as possible.
Berthier Paris cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal or customs services beyond our control.
