Return & Refund Policy
At Berthier Paris, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, specific conditions apply to returns, as outlined below.
1. Return period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
After this period, we cannot accept any return request.
2. Return authorization required
Before sending anything back, you must contact our customer service at contact@berthierparis.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA).
Returns sent without authorization will not be processed.
3. Return shipping fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
4. Product condition
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging (box, dust bag, labels, and protection).
Products showing signs of wear or handling will not be eligible for a full refund.
5. Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos and your order number.
After review, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
6. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
7. Important note
Any item returned without prior approval or outside the 30-day period will not be accepted or refunded.
Berthier Paris reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
