Return & Refund Policy

At Berthier Paris, customer satisfaction remains a priority. However, due to the nature of our products, specific conditions apply to returns within the United Kingdom, as outlined below.

1. Return period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
After this period, we cannot accept any return request under any circumstance.

2. Return authorisation required
Before sending anything back, please contact our customer service at contact@berthierparis.com to obtain a Return Authorisation (RMA).
Returns sent without authorisation will not be processed.

3. Return shipping fees
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
We recommend using a tracked postal service for your protection, as Berthier Paris cannot be held liable for parcels lost in transit.

4. Product condition
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging (box, dust bag, labels, and protective wrapping).
Items showing signs of wear or handling will not qualify for a full refund.

5. Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos and your order number.
After review, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
Refunds are made in pounds sterling (GBP).

7. Important note
Any item returned without prior approval or outside the 30-day period will not be accepted or refunded.
Berthier Paris reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
